This is strictly a performance-based compensation structure.

First year earnings $60-80k.  2nd Year $100k+

  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in the financial or healthcare sales industry

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for the territory
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Giving sales presentations to individuals and groups
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Effectively using CRM to track sales cycle and update management
  • Remotely attend weekly sales meetings
  • Dealing with institutional accounts directly
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers

Executive Administrative Assistant – This position has been filled

Strategic Realty Group is growing and we’re looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant. We are a real estate investment firm seeking a motivated and organized individual to handle office tasks. Must be a quick learner and self-starter, and have the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

Pay is $14-15 per hour (based on experience) plus generous bonus structure.

Marketing Intern – This position has been filled

We are in search of an Intern for the Marketing Department at Strategic Realty Solutions. If you enjoy working in the real estate business, this may be the IDEAL part-time position for you. SRS is affiliated with CT Homes, stars of A&E’s “Flip This House” and this is a great opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the business.

You will be responsible for the following:
• Attending home auctions in Somerset, Union, Middlesex, and Essex counties
• Representing our company with utmost professionalism
• Networking with potential buyers – collect business cards
• Inputting information into Buyers’ Database

You must have a car and be comfortable meeting new people. Pay is $8.00/hr plus a performance based bonus and letter of recommendation at the end.
